We have discussed other options do splash screens before, but there are a few requirements. * Cannot be rendered by the browser because it needs to show when the browser is loading * It needs to be able to load instantly (maybe a svg viewer can do that, but that needs research on all platforms) * Browser vendors need to commit to implementing this I would suggest doing some research and talk to @owencm @paulkinlan @robdolin and Patrick Kettner. Marcos, Who to talk to on Moz side now?
