[w3c/IndexedDB] Use StructuredClone() hook (#137)

This is for https://github.com/w3c/IndexedDB/issues/135 - switch from prose to algorithmic invocations of [StructuredClone](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/infrastructure.html#structuredclone)

@domenic - could you review this?

I'm not sure why the a manual dfn of StructuredClone is necessary.
