Re: [heycam/webidl] Disambiguate / explain maplike vs record (#303)

Sorry for the long thread. I see maplike has an open issue for having an example. Adding one to record type also would then likely have helped significantly a reader in my context of not having holistically understood the WebIDL spec, but who was trying to look up particular terms.

Re "not a thing", I'm getting that now - it was an API draft and this started with someone requesting 'record' instead of 'maplike'. Likely the original author had a hard time understanding maplike as well and it simply looked and sounded like what they were after.
