Re: [whatwg/dom] Abort controller (#437)

Shall we rename the event to "abortrequest" to more clearly indicate it's a hook that needs to be implemented and not a hook that will tell you if something actually happened? See https://github.com/whatwg/dom/pull/434#issuecomment-292869591 onward for rationale.
