Re: [w3c/ServiceWorker] Expose GeoLocation to workers (#745)

I have since and after much hair pulling got a native Android tracker going though it might still be instructive to learn how effective (at not stopping) a web-based one would work. There is a similar issue with apps in whether the tracking bit is attached to a window (or activity as they are known) or a service.
