@zkoch Thanks for the feedback. I hadn't thought that the refunds pipeline was so different from regular payments pipeline, but I can accept that it is. By being extra strict out of the gate, we leave open the opportunity to relax the requirements later if we want to support negative values in a future version of the spec.
