Ignore how you think it works for a moment. If I added `foopay.com`'s site to my homescreen, would it have the same icon, name, description etc etc as the payment app? Or are there cases that the name/icon/etc that would appear in the payment UI would be different from the icon/name on my homescreen.

As in, are these things that *should* be merged, or are they separate?
