Re: [heycam/webidl] Bikeshed conversion (#158)

So option three it is. Branch force-updated accordingly.

This PR will need to be merged manually to avoid squashing or adding a merge commit.

Given @tabatkins has flipped the bit on Bikeshed (which is now broken until we ship) and there's general consensus around moving forward with this, I'll go ahead an merge shortly.

Please speak up quickly if you disapprove. :)
