Re: [w3c/editing] Change default paragraph separator from <p> to <div> (#146)

I know there is for me there is one issue with Chrome that is almost the same issue there is for Firefox: places that the caret refuses to go [1]. But there is nothing I can think of that involved changing the DOM.
