Re: [whatwg/fetch] Convert to bikeshed (#398)

@foolip can you share your logs (either by email or here)? I didn't detect breaking changes with my own comparison (although there are changes due to the fact that bikeshed produces more links/ids), but could easily have missed some.

This PR is supposed to do only backwards-compatibility changes, with just a couple of exceptions (due to a buggy `data-analis-spec` IIRC).
