I'll work on the ids then.

re 'self', I've looked at https://github.com/w3c/webappsec-csp/blob/master/index.src.html and the trick seems to be escaping with `` - will fix.

I'll also un-markup the WebIDL for now.

Re ids in headings and examples, I would prefer if we fixed that after merging - they're only warnings, and fixing this in base doc won't help much.
