Which works *if* you're viewing the exact URL that caniuse happens to be linking to.  Breaks if you're publishing, or viewing locally, or otherwise letting a spec be viewable in more than one place.  That's really fragile.

(For example, I think it doesn't usually link to drafts.csswg.org.)
