@benjamingr You [said](https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/27#issuecomment-184618573) you'd respond to my criticism of this idea in https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/27#issuecomment-178657827, and even going back earlier to https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/27#issuecomment-102500578, but that was 4 months ago, so I assumed this terrible idea was dead. I was apparently wrong. Have you had time to ponder what I'm not seeing?
