[w3c/webcomponents] I find <slot slot="..."> confusing (#514)

What if we renamed ```slot=``` to ```fill=```, so that it makes it clear that it fills the slot with that name. ie ```<slot name=s2 fill=s1>``` fill the slot s1 with another slot named s2
