Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Should custom elements be adoptable if so, how? (#512)

We may need to throw in the case of trying to adopt a custom element until the general problem of adopting node into another document.  I think trying to come up with any solution without agreeing on the generic case can result in an undesirable inconsistencies between builtin elements and custom elements.
