Re: [IndexedDB] Add openCursor(key, primaryKey) and continuePrimaryKey (#14)

Should we throw if `primaryKey` is specified but `key` is not? (I vote yes.)

Should we define any special behavior if options are used on a non-multiEntry index? (I vote no.)
