[editing] execCommand('underline') on links (#114)

Chrome had this [behaviour](https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=582549#c5)  where links couldn't be un-underlined, Firefox can force their css.

What is the status on this? I think FF has a good approach
