Re: [webcomponents] Composition Algorithm shouldn't unwrap slots (#308)

Here's one problem I'm encountering with Chrome's `content` element behavior.  When I set `display:none` on `content` element, the nodes distributed to `content` is still shown in the document.  This is extremely counterintuitive.
