Re: [fetch] expand Request.destination with more granular values (#211)

Looks good from the `preload` perspective. Will ES6 modules be fetched using the same rules as subresource scripts? Or will they have a separate CSP policy, etc? If it's the latter case, we probably want to address that as well.
