Origin-wide storage handles case (1), and realm/settings-object/tab-specific storage handles case (2), but I didn't address case (3). I think there we put an object-capability in each realm that controls whether it's allowed to access the capability. e.g. each call to watchPosition would result in a separate object-capability for geolocation.
