Re: [w3c/editing] [Input Events] Word deletion (#125)

I would want to put this into the draft immediately. However, the current way of doing it is the resolut of a a resolution at our F2F meeting ["RESOLUTION: one delete event with data for forward/backward"](https://www.w3.org/2015/08/24-webapps-minutes.html). It used to be two different types. I will send an email out to the mailing list everyone is OK with reverting this.
