Oh! I had no idea that the tests had been ported to WPT! That's very exciting!

It looks like the WPT tests don't have the very latest changes from https://github.com/whatwg/streams/commit/e601d69f3ba40e6f4b5506e4bb1fbe3f3eabf393. (There were only a small number of test changes, because most of the changes there were to the internal implementation. But there were a few.)

So, I think you should upstream to here, but after you do that, I will sync the changes in this repo to WPT, and then delete them from this repo and add a pointer link.
