Re: [w3c/webcomponents] "::slotted" pseudo elements (#331)

Oh yeah, I haven't yet defined pseudo-element handling.  Which do y'all prefer:

1. `::slotted(.foo::before)`
2. `::slotted(.foo)::before`

I don't have a strong opinion either way.
