Re: [whatwg/dom] Spec for DOMTokenList stringifier disagrees with every single implementation (#105)

@ayg, to be clear, is the question whether Blink will imeplement https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-dtl-serialize soonish? AFAICT, what the spec is already the behavior of Blink even though it stores the value separately from the attribute value. I haven't read all of the context though, if a change is needed please clue me in :)
