I'm swamped right now and can't dig in deeply, but [here's](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oewAsSe27EWg6MUHtAf_Oz4xDa9HDwkykyT47Nh4UQI/edit#gid=2007253124) the first 5000 results.  Looks like jQuery, mootools some twitter libraries are major users.  Want to spot check some of these and let us know what you find?
