Re: [whatwg/dom] Spec for DOMTokenList stringifier disagrees with every single implementation (#105)

I expect to be able to fix it in Gecko without performance regressions.  I also agree the benefit is dubious, but if WebKit has already done it based on what was previously agreed upon and they don't want to change back, it's not very nice to change the spec from under them and make them non-conforming.  The behavior is also more useful.

Anyway, I guess we'll see if it causes regressions or not.
