Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Should shadow host have `display: block` by default? (#426)

Okay. Let me close this issue without any action because:

- It looks the current consensus is: Shadow host is not "display: block" by default.
- The original concern will be resolved by #468, I think.
- We can file a separate issue if we want new pseudo classes.
