Re: [whatwg/dom] Spec for DOMTokenList stringifier disagrees with every single implementation (#105)

When we finally implement this in WebKit, the specification changes back :/
It would be unfortunate to have to restore the old behavior in WebKit given that I think the new behavior is cleaner.
