Re: [w3c/touch-events] Why don't Touch objects have offsetX and offsetY properties like MouseEvent does? (#62)

In short, my take on the activity of this group is to (as with the Touch Events Level 1 spec) document existing behavior and to provide at least some sane, dev-friendly explanation of current behavior.
