Re: [webidl] Add a map type (#70)

Sounds like this is similar to https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=20158.  Combining of normal dictionary members with "open ended" ones is something that Web Animations needs (for https://w3c.github.io/web-animations/#processing-a-frames-argument). That's done in prose at the moment, but I hope we can have some IDL syntax for it.  See some discussion in https://github.com/w3c/web-animations/issues/107.
