Re: [uievents] When .getModifierState("OS") should be true? (#28)

After lengthy discussion at TPAC, we are not convinced that the virtual modifier keys "Accel" provide the value we thought they did. Primarily, this is because they only work in the simple scenarios, when trying to work with complex Accelerator scenarios (e.g., on Mac: option + command + [key], or on Windows: control + alt + [key]), now you still have to know what the secondary accelerator key is.

We are leaning toward not having virtual key values (Accel).
