Re: [editing] ContentEditable with UserSelect=None needs to be documented (#20)

That sounds good to me. One challenge here is creating a good abstraction around "actual placement" of the caret such that apps written for English content doesn't get completely broken for bidirectional text or text in vertical writing mode.
