Re: [fullscreen] Inconsistency of condition between entering fullscreen and exiting fullscreen (#6)

I think that sounds good actually, it's not that I want no restrictions, it's that the `<dialog>` and fullscreen now seem quite similar so having different rules for them make the model harder to understand.

Does that sound OK to you, @annevk?
