Re: [editing] remove the targetRange from edit events, if the targetRange is equal to the selection (#80)

I don't think the request was removing `targetRange`.  It's about setting it to `null` for all event types but `repalceContent` since that's the only case in which we may request to modify parts of the document that's not next to the caret/selection.
