[editing] Can composition contain element boundaries? (#77)

I'm not sure if this question was raised and resolved before, but I've got a use case to share for a discussion.

1. A word in a document `<b>A</b>pple`.
2. Tap between two `p`s.
3. When the caret is set, Android puts the whole word into a composition, so the bold part is gone in the rendering.

Would be nice to render elements within the composition in this use case.
