Re: [editing] Definition of "Invisible elements" is vague (#68)

I don't think the following text is precise enough for spec:
> All element nodes that have `display:none` set through CSS.

In particular, "set through CSS" needs to be replaced by something more precise.  e.g. the used value of `display` property resolves to the value `none`.
