Re: [selection-api] Add APIs to save/restore selection (#42)

One interesting question is such an API should permit authors to save and restore selection states across different browsers for collaborative editing case.  The alternative of exposing various caret states for bidirectional text doesn't seem workable since they're highly implementation dependent.
