Re: [clipboard-apis] Move script-created events out of "fire a clipboard event" (#16)

@ayg @annevk The editing tests dirs lacked index files, which means that github pages didn't show their contents. I have now fixed that by adding those manually. All the links to tests in https://w3c.github.io/editing/historic-editing-apis.html#tests should therefore work now.

Please be aware that although very similar to Aryeh's last draft, this is not entirely the same. Among other things, quite a few large commits were necessary to make it work with  ReSpec. In order not to confuse the matter even more, please refer to the newest drafts and not the older ones.
