Re: [clipboard-apis] Move script-created events out of "fire a clipboard event" (#16)

I don't see how that helps new implementations, e.g., Servo. It doesn't seem responsible. And as mentioned it does not cover just editing, but also related operations that are supported in the same way across browsers, and do not need new API surface.
