Re: [clipboard-apis] Move script-created events out of "fire a clipboard event" (#16)

(BTW - the "editing community group" has put Aryeh's text in their repo but they don't seem to plan to actually update it - all their work is about making something new and shiny to replace the contentEditable=true / execCommand() approach.)
