[DOM-Level-3-Events-key] HTML validator errors (#1)

After the ReSpec script is "resolved" (f.ex. via Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S), if the resulting file is run through the W3C's HTML validator, many errors are reported. 

To repeat: go to <http://validator.w3.org/> and give it the 2015-Apr-23 version of <https://w3c.github.io/DOM-Level-3-Events-key/TR.html>
