Re: [push-api] userVisible -> userVisibleOnly (#137)

+1 for userVisibleOnly. Otherwise it's confusing, since userVisible:false incorrectly implies that notifications will never be shown, when actually false is simply more flexible - it means notifications may or may not be shown.
