Yes, I agree about `<title>` (that's why HTML has `application-title`). I was assuming `theme-color` is used as application-wide (that's how FT app and BBC news use it), but I can imagine apps having dynamically changing theme (in FT we have Weekend section where we could theoretically change the theme meta).
