Re: [permissions] Why "prompt" instead of "default"? (#25)

What `default` means in the context of permissions by the way, is `denied`, but there's still an option of sorts to convince the user otherwise. That is why `prompt` is so weird. `showNotification()` would not prompt, but would fail.
