Minimal is good. Makes a case for dropping redundant stuff.

This is going to sound like a really stupid question (but important for an ongoing debate in #272), but how much of an issue would it be for FT if the browser didn't allow you to host this on a CDN (i.e., the manifest was forced to be same origin)? If that is a problem, what would you do instead?
