Re: [fetch] Aborting a fetch (#27)

Little not-so-off-topic detail: as mentioned [here](https://github.com/promises-aplus/cancellation-spec/issues/4) could we also pick `canceled` instead of `cancelled` since it's less to write and more consistent with known standards such `color` VS `colour` ?
