Re: [editing-explainer] ContentEditable with UserSelect=None needs to be documented (#20)

I know one use case for a mail client whereby which an attachment file is represented by an icon and a text and they wanted to make it "user-select: element" (i.e. the entire element is selected at all or not at all).  I'd imagine that use cases for user-select: none are similar.
