Some typos in the draft of 26 October:

In send method:
"Once the first byte (or more) of the response entity body has been
 received If there is no response entity body. Once the first byte of the
response entity body has been received  or in case there is no response
entity body, run the following   steps"

the sentence is duplicated.

Some italic style is missing in:

The term browsing context is defined by the Window Object 1.0 specification.

and

The term origin is defined by the HTML 5 specification.
