Dear Colleagues Link to meeting notes please? I'd like to enter these comments there as well. We are all struggling with cognitive load because there is much knowledge and it is fragmented across different groups and standards. ------------------------------ *Thank you Danai for your presentation today.* Please let me know if I can work with you to create use cases to answer some of the participants' questions. (Ping me off-list) ------------------------------ Quick Introduction I chair the AI Knowledge Representation Community Group and have been studying the evolution of the AI agentic ecosystem from a knowledge representation point of view, focusing on: - What exists? (definitions, mappings, taxonomies) - Where are the gaps for web standards? - How can we integrate fragmented work across CGs? I participate in several W3C Community Groups working on agentic AI standards. ------------------------------ How I Can Help *Knowledge Representation & Integration*: Some of the questions being raised today can be answered from a KR point of view. It looks like different naming conventions and schemas among different parts of the ecosystem need to be mapped - this is the integration task that was mentioned, and I hope I can help by using knowledge representation methods. *Proposed: Mapping & Integration Session* We need to start with a clear representation of what exists. I have a paper on AI agents ontology that I'll send a link to shortly. *Re: FIPA* FIPA is now an IEEE standard (considered legacy), but I have all the documentation if someone needs to reference it and map what is being done here to FIPA. Due to copyright issues, FIPA cannot be shared openly, but once the mapping has been done, it can be referenced properly. *Current Standards of Reference* The current standards we need to work with are A2A (Agent-to-Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol). ------------------------------ Work I Can Contribute I have done work on a number of related schemas which I'll be glad to offer here for comment and feedback: *MCP Standards Mapping & Documentation* (public artifact): https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/c35138d9-9694-4cc3-9d85-aa4c76994486 This includes: - MCP Model Card Specification - Integration mappings between agentic standards - Knowledge representation framework for AI agents Please let me know if this can help with the integration work discussed today. ------------------------------ Best regards, Paola Di Maio Chair, W3C AI Knowledge Representation Community Group Research Lead, Center for Systems, Knowledge Representation and Neuroscience Ronin Institute On Fri, Jan 30, 2026 at 10:43 PM Korkan, Ege <ege.korkan@siemens.com> wrote: > Hi all, > > Our regular meeting will take place in 20 minutes!
