Dear CG participants, Within the Interoperability Task Force, we are bootstrapping a report on *Interoperability for Agents on the Web*: https://w3c-cg.github.io/webagents/TaskForces/Interoperability/Reports/report-interoperability.html We discussed this report in the last 3 regular meetings, and we have a rough consensus on its scope and structure. We'll start adding content over the next 2-3 weeks. The report is meant to be a living document, meaning we will continuously update the report as the work develops. We might release specific versions of the report as separate documents. The report currently aims to clarify: - what should be the role of the Web in decentralized and distributed systems of autonomous agents (at a conceptual level) - what are the relevant standards within and maybe also outside the W3C - what are the standardization gaps (if any) Anyone is welcome to contribute to the report by opening an issue or submitting a pull request in our GitHub repository: https://github.com/w3c-cg/webagents If you would like to contribute but need more context, we welcome you to the regular meetings (see CG calendar [1]) — or otherwise, please reach out to me and Rem via email. Best wishes, Andrei (on behalf of the WebAgents CG co-chairs) [1] https://www.w3.org/groups/cg/webagents/calendar/ -- Andrei Ciortea Assistant Professor School of Computer Science University of St.Gallen, Switzerland https://interactions.ics.unisg.ch/ External Collaborator Wimmics Inria, Université Côte d’Azur, CNRS, I3S, France https://wimmics.inria.fr/
